Spiritual Intelligence

The first of the four pillars of success

Are you allowing the magic?

Many businesses stand the test of time. They are willing to do whatever it takes to create their next level of success.

It might appear that their leader’s strategy is akin to a crystal ball. Or that he or she is a magician.

The other possibility is that they are so refined in implementing fundamentals of good business that trust permeates the organisation and their customers or clients. The next strategic step is then revealed to them.

  Business blindspot

In the centre of the retina of everyone’s eyes exists a blind spot. It represents a place where we miss either the bigger picture or subtleties that really affects performance or strategy. Great leaders are aware of their blind spot. They know their strengths and weaknesses. They extend themselves continuously with their strengths and they obtain support and feedback continuously regarding their blindspots. The only prerequisite to this process is humility.

  Pillars of transformation

Pillars are support threaded beams of a superstructure. To possess and implement the 4 Pillars of Success allows you to operate from a place of strength.  It permits you to excel, building on a foundation with a solid inner ground. From this place you can challenge your own blind spots and weaknesses and not lose any ground. Each pillar is a pre-requisite for the next.

  The First Pillar: Spiritual Intelligence

  Yourself: Embody Core Power

Embracing your blind spots commences with an intention and willingness to look within. This is serious foundational work. The solution to your life's core issues begins and ends with the beliefs you have embodied throughout your life. These beliefs generate thoughts and feelings 24 hours a day that create your reality.  This rock of self-generating energy will be your tower of strength, or your undoing.

Do you identify most with your most positive qualities are your failures? If stress or disappointment drives you towards negative thinking then you must consider doing solid foundational work on spiritual intelligence.

The process will allow you to externalise and differentiate from your failed purposes and identify more and more with the first pillar of success. This type of processing runs deep into your inner-most self and transforms old patterns and beliefs that run your life from the unconscious.

The result will be a more grounded, dynamic and connected you. Without an evolving relationship with spiritual intelligence your relationships with others, creating and manifesting will suffer. It is the first pillar of success and it will become your personal launch pad. It will then inspire you and propel you to explore the second of the four pillars coming in next month’s issue.
